Systematically analyze intricate complaints and allegations to identify core issues, cross-referencing findings against applicable statutory and regulatory guidance, and evaluating the relevance and weight of collected evidence to reach legally and administratively sound conclusions. Prepare meticulously detailed reports and executive summaries and deliver oral briefings to senior executives or commanders.
