Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serve as a Lead or Senior Investigator responsible for independently planning, organizing, and executing comprehensive administrative inquiries or investigations into severe allegations of misconduct. Systematically analyze intricate complaints and allegations to identify core issues, cross-referencing findings against applicable statutory and regulatory guidance, and evaluating the relevance and weight of collected evidence to reach legally and administratively sound conclusions. Prepare meticulously detailed reports and executive summaries and deliver oral briefings to senior executives or commanders.
