Responsibilities

  • Previous luxury hotel experience considered an asset
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage preparation techniques
  • A warm, confident, and guest-focused service style
  • Ability to thrive in both high-energy and intimate service environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities under pressure
  • Collaborative team mindset with a high level of professionalism
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation standards
  • Valid Serving It Right Certification
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Preference will be given to applicants who can commit to the full duration of the season (May to August 2026)

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shifts
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
  • Regular bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion
  • Frequent use of stairs and service areas across multiple outlets
  • Ability to carry trays and manage multiple drink orders efficiently
