Required: Able to work flexible shifts 8/10/12 hours
Minimum 2 years of proven forklift operating experience preferred
Comfortable with working in a dusty environment
Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Fluent in verbal and written English
Ability to follow direction and specific instructions
Good communication skills
Able to pass forklift certification class and test.
Able to read and interpret pick lists.
Willing to work overtime, including weekends.
Must pass a fit-for-duty physical.
Capable of lifting up to 76 lbs unassisted.
High school diploma or GED required.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Role: Loader / Operator
Job Summary: Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Loader / Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of finished goods. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, particularly in forklift operation, and the ability to work from a pick list to locate and move materials accurately.
Compensation: $23.88/hr.
