How you'll make an impact: Assist in gathering relevant information by evaluating and analyzing symptoms to help resolve software issues and inquiries. Contribute to the issue queue management by: Learning to ask targeted questions to understand the root of the problem. Assisting in properly logging issues. Learning from support issues and collaborating with team members to improve the reliability and operability of Geotab products. Participate in new product testing. Leverage data visualization tools to create troubleshooting dashboards. Complete ongoing training/research to stay current on new and existing Geotab products. Consistently demonstrate Geotab's Core Values in all daily work and interactions. What you'll bring to the role: Pursuing a Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in related field (Engineering, Computer Science) Knowledge of SQL, Python, Javascript, Excel.
