Agile & SAFe Execution
Oversee product delivery within a Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ).
Partner with Technology, Architecture, and Delivery leadership to ensure effective PI planning, backlog prioritization, and value realization.
Continuously evolve product practices to improve flow, predictability, and business impact.
Customer, Business & Market Insights
Leverage customer research, analytics, and market trends to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
Ensure customer and business outcomes are central to prioritization across all technology initiatives.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product direction.
Strong Cross Functional Global Collaboration
Work very c losely with Engineering, Design, Retail, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data teams.
Lead cross functional alignment for large scale initiatives and enterprise w ide transformations.
Act as a key bridge between business strategy and technology execution.
Product Lifecycle & Investment Management
Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, optimization, and retirement.
Drive rigorous prioritization of initiatives to maximize ROI and strategic value.
Establish clear success metrics and ensure outcomes are measured and communicated.
Change Leadership & Communication
Lead change across the organization by clearly articulating product vision, priorities, and progress.
Drive adoption of new platforms, capabilities, and ways of working.

Let's Talk About You:
10+ years of experience in product management, with significant experience in senior product leadership roles.
Proven experience leading product portfolios across enterprise platforms and customer facing retail technology.
Prior experience in retail, consumer goods or ecommerce strongly preferred and working in a highly matrixed , global organization

Position Overview:
The Head of Digital Product will lead and motivate a growing product organization responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products across Enterprise and Customer Facing Experiences at Canada Goose. Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, this position manages the entire product portfolio spanning Enterprise Technology (ERP and core platforms), Ecommerce, Retail Systems, and Marketing Technology.
This leader is accountable for shaping and advancing a unified product strategy that integrates internal platforms with customer facing experiences, driving scalable growth, operational excellence, commercial impact and outstanding omnichannel experiences. The ideal candidate is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in retail or related sectors, strong enterprise technology expertise , and a proven record leading large product teams in a SAFe / Agile environment.
