About the role

Orchestrates the content creation with stakeholders to prepare the regional S&OP meeting and ensures the content maturity, allowing for effective discussion and decision making. Consolidates findings and highlights critical issues as input to the Global S&OP for further discussion and decision making. Leads the local demand review meetings with local demand planning teams and ensures the sign-off through the GMs. Acts as the SIPOC for the central E2E planning team in the region regarding supply and demand related topics and forms part of the E2E planning leadership team as a delegated member. Owns the NOOS assortment in the region and manages the safety stocks settings for the RDC's; is responsible for the inventory and owns activation plans to delete excess inventories for the region. Owns the availability metric for the region and manages supply topics for the region together with the central team, ensures FC consumption is in line with the cluster plans. Leads the cluster / sub-region S&OP members through an expert cycle, ensures standard operating procedures, st About You Bachelor / master's degree Merchandising 5+ years SC / S&OP experience Knowledge of demand, supply planning, merchandising, S&OP, Inventory Management.
