Experience in telecom, cable, broadband, wireless, or mobile environments, focusing on digital customer and agent experiences

How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the UX/UI vision and strategy for Spectrum's digital sales channels spanning internet, wireless, and TV/entertainment offerings
Develop experience design strategies that boost customer acquisition, streamline purchase journeys, and support engagement across multiple touchpoints
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout discovery, design, delivery, and optimization phases
Operate within AI-enabled workflows to enhance prototyping, clarify requirements, and expedite concept exploration for efficient software development
Align product intent, design execution, and engineering outcomes for cohesive and effective delivery
Facilitate rapid testing, learning, and refinement to continually improve user experiences
Advocate for scalable design systems, reusable patterns, and robust documentation to ensure consistency and speed
Utilize research, analytics, experimentation, and user feedback to inform prioritization and refine product decisions
