Proven experience in marine operations, logistics, or naval operations.
Strong knowledge of maritime laws, health and safety standards, and marine coordination software.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage complex schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, managing systems and documentation of sensitive information.
Calm under pressure with a proactive and analytical mindset.

About the Role -
Are you ready to take the helm in coordinating marine operations that support national interests? We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals for the role of Marine Services Coordinator within a Government and Defence capacity for the berthing facility.
As a Marine Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating marine service operations at a Toll Berthing Facility. You'll work closely with service technicians, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant marine activities across the wharf, ports and sites.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for maritime service excellence in a government or defence setting.
Key Responsibilities and Duties but not limited to -
Coordinate daily marine operations at a berthing facility including vessel movements, refuelling of Vessels and infrastructure maintenance.
Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and protocols.
Liaise with government departments, port authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain accurate service records, logs, and operational reports.
Support marine-related projects including infrastructure upgrades and environmental initiatives.
Facilitate site entry, mobilisation, and emergency response coordination.
Prepare facilities for inspections and audits.
