As an Instructional Designer, these skills are essential for success: Abilities: Strong instructional design and content development capabilities grounded in adult learning theory, ADDIE methodology, clear communication, collaboration, time management, and a growth mindset. Experience: You bring 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field, with hands‑on involvement in planning, designing, developing, and delivering both in‑person and virtual training within a corporate environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience; CPTD certification is a plus.
