District Manager

Responsibilities

• Compliance and Safety - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Operational Oversight - Directly manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple car wash facilities within the district.
• Performance Management - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Memberships, revenue, labor efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational costs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Staff Leadership - Recruit, train, coach, and develop location managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
• Customer Experience - Foster a customer-centric culture across all locations, ensuring that customer feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• $100,000 base; commensurate with experience.

Location: Position will be based out of our location in Daytona, FL Role will involve regular travel within the district and occasionally beyond Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple car wash locations within a designated geographic area. The District Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service, and driving profitability across all assigned locations. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent 4 years of proven experience as a District Manager or similar managerial role in the car wash industry or related field. Proficient computer and administrative skills Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and build relationships external stakeholders Ability to travel regularly within the district and occasionally beyond for meetings, inspections, and training.
