About the role
As Associate Director, Brand Marketing (Haematology) you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand and disease area strategy for the International (INT) region. Act as the primary marketing partner for affiliates, fostering a strong, collaborative international marketing community. Develop integrated, insight-driven brand strategies tailored to diverse markets. Map and prioritize archetypes, ensuring targeted positioning and messaging. Identify short- and long-term opportunities, challenges, and lifecycle management initiatives. Lead market analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize plans. Build aligned, customer-focused brand plans and ensure disciplined regional implementation. Define KPIs and monitor performance, adjusting activities based on data and insights. Lead the 3M Brand Team and ensure clear agendas, actions, and follow-through. Serve as central contact for internal and external stakeholders across Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and KOL/HCP networks. Manage the regional brand budget to maximize ROI. Your Skills and Experience: Education: Graduate degree or equivalent required. Postgraduate qualification preferred.
