- Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Weave's Payments and RCM product suite, including POS, Text-to-Pay, surcharging, bulk collections, insurance workflows, and patient financing.

- What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- 10+ years of product management leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams (10-20+ people) through product development and organizational scale.
- Deep expertise in payments, fintech, or embedded payments business models.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payments and RCM workflows preferred.
- Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to P&L performance.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
