Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• As Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) , your responsibilities will include:
• Becoming a key marketing sparring partner for Sales and B2B customers by creating high‑impact presentations and sales materials
• Owning the end‑to‑end execution of trade fairs, customer events, and trainings
• Driving regional marketing initiatives by managing webshop content, POS materials, and promotional campaigns
• Leading collaboration with external agencies and partners
• Leveraging HubSpot and CRM tools to support newsletters, lead management, and campaign performance tracking
• Turning data into action by analyzing marketing KPIs and translating insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders
• What makes you a good fit
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or similar business-related discipline
• 3-5 years of operational marketing experience, preferably in automotive, energy, or industrial B2B environments
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing events and trade fairs
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively support sales activities
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of attention to detail
• Fluent in Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
