Responsibilities
- -Provide construction management and administration services for a design-build project.

- Safe Work Plans. Record and drive to resolution corrective actions
- -Monitor and ensure Contractor's compliance with the approved Contractor's Quality Plan in
- coordination with Quality specialists on-site including Contractor's and stakeholder
- representatives.
- -Communicate with the client about management of scope, budget, and staff. Maintain good
- working relationship and close interface with client.
Requirements
- -Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with minimum of 8
- years of experience in construction projects.
- -Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and

- -Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
- -Solid proficiency in construction management software and project management tools.
- -Experience managing construction projects of various complexity in traditional and alternate

- -Solid interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities and capacity to
- build and maintain relationships.
- -Effective leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to foster a positive and collaborative

- Salary: $160-190K per year
