Improve credit monitoring systems, drive modernization and further analysis development. Ensure alignment with Commercial organization strategies.
Partners with organizational leaders in developing and executing short and long-term risk mitigation strategies that align with the overall business and enterprise objectives.
Responsible for evaluating and recommending risk mitigation financial products, including coverage for complex international offerings. Key trusted business partner that identifies associated risks and opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.
Develop and maintain key relationships with MPC and MPLX customers.
Responsible for working through collection disputes, partnering with legal when necessary.
Ensure compliance for internal audits, SOX controls and bad debt related accounting entries.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required
12+ years of work experience in finance, economics, commercial, business development or accounting required
Proficiency in creating and presenting materials to senior leaders is preferred
Experience with financial modeling and/or analytical analysis preferred
