As a Sleep Coach , you will be the face of Resmed in our retail clinic. Your mission is to create an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting people on their sleep health journey. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards, working towards driving revenue, increased business growth and superior market reputation. Deliver exceptional service - greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Achieve sales targets - recommend products and services that improve sleep quality. Maintain store standards - keep displays fresh, manage stock, and ensure the clinic looks amazing. Product expertise - complete training and stay up-to-date on ResMed's innovative solutions.
