Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, partnerships, and new market opportunities within the financial services market (Banks, Investment Firms, Brokerages, Fintech Companies, ...).
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Present our company's Online Learning platforms (Fit for Banking, Banking Meets AI) to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demos.
• Lead client engagement from initial pitch to closing deals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and bring insights to help evolve our offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content & UX, LMS, global sales teams) to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report on KPIs, forecasts, and progress regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role (preferably in Financial Services).
• Experience and network in Financial Services is a big plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Multilingual skills can be an advantage.
