Lead on-site FitLab events from setup to execution, delivering exceptional consumer fitting experiences
Partner with Sales to plan and activate events that convert engagement into revenue
Educate retail staff and elevate in-store merchandising and product knowledge
Serve as a FootJoy brand ambassador and footwear expert in the field
Share insights and report on event performance and trends
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of fitting experience in a customer-focused environment
Strong knowledge of fitting fundamentals and proven customer service skills
2+ years of customer-facing and/or sales experience preferred
Experience in golf and/or sports footwear is a plus
Valid driver's license required and must pass a motor vehicle record review
