Maintenance Tech II (SUN-WED 6PM-4:30AM)

Responsibilities

• Electrical - Have a fundamental understanding of AC and DC systems and how to use a voltage meter. Must be able to follow lock out/tag out policy. May be asked to assist team leaders with repairs or replacement of de-energized electrical systems.
• System Installation, Design, Construction and Repair - Assist team leaders and contractors to perform installations of new or replacement equipment.
• Problem Solving - Detect and inform team leaders of potential problems so that resolutions to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating/cooling, and equipment problems are performed before they impact the operation of the facility.
