Work with marketing to raise the profile of product. Streamline policy wording for wider market reach. Monitor Risk Profile diversity in portfolio. Motivate and develop the team to support business goals. Participate in strategic plans for profitable growth. Collate market intelligence for future strategy development. About You Establish and promote positive company image with key customers. Monitor and interpret region's results and trends. Engage with stakeholders to develop and evaluate business plans Experience in strategic account management in insurance. General insurance underwriting experience. Established customer/broker relationships. Leadership experience in insurance or financial services industry.

- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
