Participate in project orientation cum kick-off meetings organized in Odisha, providing local support in arrangements and coordination with state and district officials. Conduct private provider mapping, readiness audits, and selection of potential private providers in Kalahandi and Koraput districts for establishing TPT clinic hubs. Lead formalization of engagement with at least 3 high-load private providers in Odisha through NTEP certification, conducting on-site clinical induction on TPT protocols, digital workflows, and Ni-kshay reporting. Oversee deployment and active operations of the virtual TPT clinic tool across 3 facilities in Kalahandi and Koraput, ensuring systematic operationalization and provider adoption. Coordinate diagnostic services including portable digital X-ray screening for household contacts, ensuring field-based operations and integration with virtual clinic workflows. Ensure supply chain management of TPT drugs at facility level, monitoring stock positions, reconciliation with NTEP supplies, and beneficiary access. Organize and support Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions for private providers in Kalahandi district in collaboration with district NTEP and medical college facilitators. Lead monthly review meetings with District TB Officers in Kalahandi and Koraput to analyze performance, review KPIs, and implement corrective actions. Participate in quarterly state-level review meetings with State TB Officer and state team, providing updates on progress, challenges, and support requirements.
