Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner based on priority
Prepare apartments for new occupancy, including unit turns and make-ready work
Perform repairs and maintenance in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC systems
Support preventive maintenance activities as assigned
Assist with exterior and structural maintenance needs across the property
Help maintain grounds and common areas to support a clean and welcoming environment
Coordinate with vendors, schedule service as needed, and inspect completed work for quality
Perform other related duties as assigned
Schedule
This position typically works Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an on-call rotation approximately every nine weeks.

LANDSCAPE/DAY SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Assists in the coordination and performance of landscape maintenance duties; Assists in maintenance of mechanical equipment and irrigation systems as advised by a supervisor; Assists with coordinating and performing snow removal.
STRUCTURAL: Serves as part of a team responsible for carpentry, masonry, and painting functions as related to facility maintenance.
PLUMBING: Will be part of a team responsible for plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical systems as they relate to facility maintenance.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Supervisor/Manager
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least two years of related work experience.
