Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives LatAm

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership
• o Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of medium- to high‑complexity projects across multiple Latin American markets.
• o Structure and manage cross‑functional, multi-country project teams, ensuring clear roles, timelines, and accountability.
• o Translate high‑level strategic objectives into actionable project plans and workstreams.
• Stakeholder Management
• o Partner closely with regional and local leadership teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, resources, and deliverables.
• o Communicate progress effectively to senior leadership, highlighting key risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• o Facilitate collaboration between diverse functions.
• Confidential Initiatives
• o Manage projects of a highly confidential or sensitive nature, exercising utmost discretion and maintaining strict information controls.
• o Handle sensitive strategic information with professionalism and adherence to internal confidentiality protocols.
• Execution & Performance Management
• o Monitor project performance against objectives, timelines, and KPIs; proactively identify and resolve blockers.
• o Develop structured documentation, project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level presentations.
• o Support the VP of Strategic Initiatives & Execution LatAm in coordinating regional transformation agendas and strategic planning cycles.
• Act as a "problem solver" liaison between areas, trying to find the best way to execute, providing ideas, investigating other ways to doing things

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Initiatives, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
• Proven track record leading multi-country, cross‑functional projects in complex organizational environments.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• High degree of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
• Solid command of project management methodologies and tools
