Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries related to products and services, providing accurate and timely information. Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary. Collaborate effectively with internal departments to improve processes and customer experience. Stay informed about product updates and policies to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.
