Mechanicial Field Lead

Requirements

• -OSHA 30 Certified
• -Experience with managing subcontractors
• Job Functions:
• -Embrace, enforce, & live a superior safety culture
• -Conduct weekly toolbox talks with installation resources on site.
• -Complete Job-Hazard-Analyses daily.
• -Lead small team of 3-5 mechanical installers & laborers to self-execute mechanical scopes of work FORTNA projects
• -Be able, willing, & competent to conduct installations when necessary, including field fabrications, welding and other hot-work, rigging, conveyor assembly & erection, and other installation tasks.
• -Receive, unload, inventory, and QC project componentry & materials supplied by the project team.
• -Provide regular progress reports to leadership and project team.
• -Adhere to all federal, local, and customer regulations, standards, & specifications
• -Manage subcontractors from both electrical & mechanical scopes of work for FORTNA projects that are opted to outsource install.
