Now Hiring: Loan Servicing Specialist We're seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist who'll play a vital role on the Loan Operations team, driving the success of the bank's commercial and consumer loan portfolios after booking. You'll be at the center of day-to-day servicing excellence-ensuring accuracy, strengthening compliance, and delivering a seamless experience for both internal partners and external clients. You'll also work closely with Lending, Credit, Treasury, and other operational teams to support portfolio performance and scalable growth. What You'll Contribute: Loan Servicing & Account Maintenance Process daily loan transactions, including payments, principal and interest adjustments, advances, payoffs, and fees. Maintain accurate and timely loan records within the core system. Set up and manage automatic payments, rate changes (including variable rate loans), and payment schedules. Prepare and process loan modifications, renewals, extensions, and restructures in line with approvals. Portfolio Oversight, Risk Management, & Compliance Monitor loan accounts for maturities, delinquencies, covenant tracking triggers, and servicing exceptions. Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies to mitigate operational and compliance risk. Perform quality control reviews and follow established servicing procedures and SLAs. Support the internal controls framework, including dual control processes and audit readiness. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Generate and review servicing reports. Assist with audits and regulatory exams. Client Support, Administration & Process Improvement Serve as primary contact for internal partners and clients on servicing-related inquiries. Research and resolve complex servicing issues.
