Partner closely with PMs as the product team's go-to data partner, supporting features end-to-end from discovery and business case through release, measurement, and iteration.
Turn broad, messy product questions into rigorous investigations. You'll identify the right data, build the logic, pressure-test the findings, and bring a clear recommendation.
Define success metrics for new features before launch, so the team knows what "working" means from day one.
Design, validate, and maintain product events and tracking plans, making sure data is trustworthy before and after release.
Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Mixpanel, and BigQuery tracking feature performance, funnels, retention, growth, and core product metrics.
Monitor key product and business metrics proactively, spot anomalies early, and surface meaningful changes before they become fire drills.
Connect product behavior to business outcomes, including activation, conversion, expansion, retention, revenue impact, and buyer/seller engagement.
Present findings clearly to Product and company leadership. Your work should not just explain what happened, but change what we do next.
Use AI tools daily to accelerate analysis, SQL work, research, documentation, and internal workflows.
Build or improve AI-powered processes and tools that make data more accessible, reliable, and scalable across the company.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Data Analyst. B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred; SalesTech, RevTech, or PLG experience is a plus.
Strong hands-on SQL skills. This is non-negotiable. You enjoy translating messy product questions into clean data logic.
Experienced with analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, BigQuery, or equivalent platforms.
AI-native in how you work. You use AI tools daily and are excited to build your own workflows, automations, or agents.
Product-minded and commercially aware. You care not only whether people use a feature, but whether it moves the business forward.
You don't stop at the first plausible answer, and you know how to find the better question underneath the question asked. You notice shifts, anomalies, and opportunities in the data before someone asks you to look.
You know how to separate signal from noise, spot measurement artifacts, and build analysis that can stand up to scrutiny. You can turn complex findings into a clear story, recommendation, and actions that PMs and leaders can act on.
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with limited structure, changing priorities, and broad ownership.
Fluent in Hebrew, English, and SQL.

Additional Information
Tel Aviv / Hybrid
78% of sales teams missed quota last year. Not because modern products are hard to sell, but because we make them hard to buy.
Aligned is a customer-facing AI Deal Workspace, also known as a Digital Sales Room, that helps revenue teams manage deal complexity by moving the chaotic email-links-files back-and-forth into a single space where deals run. With AI Agents, sellers can enable champions to sell internally, access hidden stakeholders, track buying signals, and follow the company's playbook, all from one shared workspace. No login required for buyers.
We serve 1,000+ paying customers and 1M+ buyers per month, tripled revenue last year, and are recognized by G2 as leaders in AI-driven Digital Sales Rooms. Companies like Deel, SimilarWeb, ServiceNow, and Intel use Aligned to shorten sales cycles by 30% and increase win rates by up to 100%. We're on a mission to lead the shift from Sales Enablement to Buyer Enablement, because sellers can't sell if buyers can't buy.
We're looking for a Product Data Analyst to help us understand how users behave, how features perform, where growth is leaking, and what we should do next. This is not a reporting role. It's an investigative, hands-on, product-facing analytics role for someone who loves SQL, understands product behavior, and knows how to turn data into decisions.
You'll report to the Director of Product Data and work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Growth, and GTM teams.
