Position Summary A career in Gas Production will provide the opportunity to supervise the operations, maintenance, and compliance of the LNG Facility, South Harrison Compressor Station, and the Electrolyzer. This typically includes scheduling work assignments, coordinating with service providers, field evaluation and troubleshooting, monitoring each function, and compliance with all applicable codes and standards. Roles within Gas Production are responsible for the overall safety and reliability of the peaking systems, including updates to plans and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance. Essential Functions Supervise development and training of personnel assigned to the LNG facility, compressor station, and the electrolyzer. Ensure that equipment is operated and maintained in accordance with all Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain production records and prepare reports on department activity. Maintain and reinforce safety awareness at all times. Participate in developmental activities as appropriate. Perform duties inherent in all supervisors, professional and administrative positions. Consistent with all positions in this classification, additional projects, tasks and/or duties beyond what is outlined here may be assigned as required Knowledge of production/peaking equipment and industry standard practices and procedures is desired. Knowledge of process control systems and automated information systems related to process control is desired. Must possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Must have the flexibility to work any shift. Ability to work varied hours to support 24/7 operation. Working knowledge of PC-based applications.
