With the guidance of a dedicated mentor team, interns will work 35-40 hours per week on an active jobsite and support essential construction management functions, including:
Assisting with subcontractor coordination and communication
Supporting document control and project tracking
Participating in quality inspections and site walks
Learning jobsite safety practices and participating in safety training
Helping update schedules, site plans, and project documentation
Completing a variety of entry-level construction management assignments, both alongside mentors and independently (Exact responsibilities will vary depending on the assigned project).

DPR Construction is seeking motivated high school students to join our Build Up High School Internship in Construction Management . Tool belts are not required! This hands-on internship offers students a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with a professional project team on an active commercial construction jobsite .
