The Financial Regulatory Specialist, in collaboration with and in support of the firm's strategic initiatives, supports the firm's financial regulatory and compliance efforts while also contributing to content initiatives that support thought leadership and client engagement across the practice. This role combines financial services and regulation awareness, strong written communication skills, and cross-partner coordination to ensure regulatory developments and insights are clearly communicated and consistently delivered.

This position is located in our Washington, D.C. office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Financial Regulatory & Compliance Support
Monitors developments in financial services regulation and related guidance relevant to the practice.
Assists with regulatory research, summaries, and internal updates to support compliance and advisory needs.
Supports broader compliance and regulatory initiatives, including documentation, internal coordination, and ad hoc regulatory projects.
Partners with internal stakeholders to help ensure public and client-ready content aligns with regulatory and compliance standards.
Content & Communications
Manages and produces monthly newsletters and other non-billable content initiatives for the practice.
Collects, coordinates, and edits contributions from colleagues and other subject matter experts.
Ensures content is accurate, clear, timely, and consistent with firm standards and internal policy requirements.
Tracks content deadlines and manages production timelines to ensure reliable delivery.
Collaboration & Process Support
Serves as a point of contact between partners, practice leadership, and administrative teams for content related initiatives.
Supports broader public and client-ready content generation efforts, including practice communications and strategic initiatives.
Identifies opportunities to improve content processes, coordination, and consistency.
Requirements
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum Years of Experience
3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in financial services, compliance, regulatory, or professional services.
