We are looking for a Belgrade-based Renewal Account Manager to join our global Renewal Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about renewal processes within Academia & Government. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience Proficient level of English language 5 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets Proficient level of Excel It would be great if you also have . . . Salesforce working experience Previous experience in academic context Previous experience working with different stakeholders What will you be doing in this role? Engage with customers to identify renewal opportunities, address their specific needs, and provide advanced support. Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Provide sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies. Create, update, and analyze detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, and renewal performance metrics. Continuously enhance knowledge about product offerings and market trends to improve sales effectiveness. Drive the achievement of sales and renewal targets. Provide regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership. Utilize and optimize all sales tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and outcomes. Coordinate with account team to give updates on where renewals are at and what help is needed.
