Act as a strategic advisor and primary escalation point for complex programmatic blockers, navigating ambiguity to resolve issues and manage high-level stakeholder conversations related to GSRS programs. Establish advanced governance structures and data-driven performance tracking frameworks to measure the ROI and long-term success of programmatic goals. Provide guidance to project coordinators or operations managers to build overall team capability.
