Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms.
- Strong knowledge of contract law principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex contractual or legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Financial acumen, including the ability to understand and interpret financial data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Experience supporting business development or commercial strategy initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that contribute to business growth and competitiveness.
