Responsibilities
- Finance Operations Support
- Provide daily finance operations support to faculties and units, including maintenance of financial master data and processing of budget-related adjustments.
- Act as a key contact point for operational finance queries and issue resolution.

- Process Improvement
- Identify recurring operational issues and process gaps and support remediation efforts.
- Participate in initiatives to improve efficiency, standardisation, and control effectiveness within finance operations.
- General Support
- Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned to meet team and organisational needs.
- Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related discipline from a recognised institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance operations, audit, controllership or related functions.
- Good understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and governance principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data handling or reconciliation work.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in education or public sector environments will be an advantage.
