IT Support (Level 1)

Requirements

• Experience working as a Level 1 IT support or in a similar role
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in IT related field is an asset

About this role In this role, you will provide internal technical assistance to our organization, resolve IT-related issues, and collaborate with our team and our external IT specialists to maintain the functionality of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, be highly productive and consistently follow though on tasks and projects in a timely manner.
