About the role

KRAFTON Americas is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Management, North America to join the North American Publishing Services organization. Reporting to the Head of Division, North American Publishing Services, this senior leader will be responsible for building, adapting, and executing brand strategies that make KRAFTON's titles more relevant, memorable, and culturally resonant with North American audiences. This role will lead the regional brand management function across priority launches, live service beats, and portfolio initiatives. The Senior Director of Brand Management will translate global brand direction into local market strategies and integrated campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, player connection, brand health, and business impact. This leader will oversee the capabilities required to bring publishing strategy to life through brand storytelling, creative execution, social presence, media and content partnerships, and locally relevant player experiences. This is a senior director level role requiring strong brand leadership, creative judgment, executive communication, and the ability to rebuild and scale North America brand marketing capability across multiple priority titles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead North America brand strategy across priority titles, ensuring each title has a clear regional brand plan, audience strategy, messaging framework, campaign architecture, content approach, and measurement model.
  • Translate global positioning and creative direction into locally relevant North America campaigns while maintaining consistency with global brand standards and franchise objectives.
  • Own regional campaign planning across launch, live service, and key cultural moments, ensuring brand storytelling, creative production, social execution, partner activations, and media or content opportunities work together as one integrated system.
  • Define audience priorities, market insights, campaign objectives, messaging pillars, creative briefs, brand guidelines, content strategies, approval processes, and performance expectations for North America execution.
  • Lead the rebuild and scaling of the North America Brand Management function, including operating models, briefing standards, campaign governance, partner workflows, quality control, creative standards, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with publishing strategy, engagement marketing, communications, media, events, product, analytics, global brand teams, agencies, and platform or content partners to ensure brand plans reflect commercial priorities, audience insight, title strategy, and business outcomes.
  • Build relationships with agencies, creative partners, social platforms, media partners, content partners, and other external collaborators to expand reach, strengthen creative quality, and improve regional execution.
  • Measure and communicate brand performance through brand health, awareness, sentiment, campaign effectiveness, social engagement, content performance, cultural impact, and contribution to publishing goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Brand Management team, creating clear goals, role expectations, development plans, feedback rhythms, and accountability mechanisms that strengthen individual and team performance.
  • Develop team capability across brand strategy, campaign planning, creative briefing, content strategy, social strategy, production oversight, partner management, performance reporting, and executive communication.
  • Establish how the Brand Management function runs day to day, including team priorities, campaign cadences, approval processes, agency workflows, decision rights, status reporting, and cross functional coordination.
  • Build a high performance brand culture and leadership bench by developing talent, delegating meaningful ownership, setting high creative and strategic standards, and creating growth opportunities for current and future leaders.

  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience required.
  • 10 or more years of experience leading brand management, integrated marketing, campaign strategy, franchise marketing, or related marketing functions in games, entertainment, technology, media, consumer products,
