Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required
12-15+ years of B2B communications experience; semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred
Combination of in-house and agency experience is a plus, offering both strategic perspective and executional agility
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across complex, matrixed organizations
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
172,930 - 259,000, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

What You Can Expect
Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media high-impact coverage and partnerships
Manage proactive and reactive media relations, including issues and crisis communications
Develop and implement integrated, strategic public relations plans to enhance the company's brand
Create compelling content and narratives to communicate the company's message and values to external audiences
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, including preparing them for media engagements, speaking opportunities and thought leadership
Oversee press releases, media events, interviews, speaking engagements, awards and blogs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and media sentiment to inform strategy
