Responsibilities
- You will work directly with operational teams to understand real-world workflows, identify high-value automation opportunities, and turn those needs into reliable software, dashboards, integrations, and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience, or Master's degree plus 4 years of related experience, or PhD plus 1 year of related experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on development skills.
- Experience building automation, APIs, integrations, or tooling for production operational environments.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud/platform operations concepts.
- Experience with analytics, dashboards, metrics, or operational reporting.
- Experience applying AI/ML concepts or LLM-based tooling to practical engineering or operations use cases.
- Experience building agentic or LLM-assisted workflows for operations, support, reliability engineering, or incident response.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, alert/event management systems, or observability platforms.
- Experience with data pipelines, structured logging, event correlation, or operational telemetry.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD, and test automation.
- Communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior technical leader while remaining hands-on in design and implementation.
- Experience improving platform reliability, reducing toil, or scaling operational processes through automation.
- The role supports a 24x7 operations team but is not a shift-based analyst position.
