- Recent Business School (or Management) graduates with a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience, working with cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment - preferably in Management Consulting.
- Excellent English (both written and verbal), and able to communicate in a structured and engaging way.
- Microsoft Office skills (mostly PowerPoint)
- Able to legally live and work in Norway (without any visa sponsorhip).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly proactive in driving progress and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Interested in experimenting with AI to drive personal and organizational efficiency.
