Requirements
A proven supply chain leader with experience across procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Experience managing supplier performance and strategic vendor relationships
A track record of driving cost improvement and operational efficiency
Strong ERP and business systems knowledge
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
A confident people leader who can build capability and deliver through others
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
