Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business or related discipline preferably with 1 year experience in inventory management/ administration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organizational skills, innovative, detailed, and meticulous in work assigned
• Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to multi-task

Operations Associate (TW) Job Responabilites - 以良好態度及專業能力即時協助營運相關事務 Assist in administrative affairs and provide timely support with great business manner and strong acumen. - 協助生成營運相關報表 Daily/weekly/monthly/performance report production. - 協助建立基本商品訊息,商品轉調等業務 Assist in the establishment of basic commodity information, commodity transfer, etc. - 協助跨部門會議與教育訓練相關事項 Assist Inter-departmental meeting and training running smoothly. - 處理門店發票付款等單據核對 Provide administrative support to store operations team such as, invoice checking & payment follow-up. - 辦公室庶務管理與維持 Office management and maintenance. - 銷售目標上傳 Sales target updated. - 教育訓練準備協助. - 協助上級主管業務與其它臨時分配事項 Cooperate with supervisor and assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned"
