Responsibilities
- Leading behavior support services across adult day programs
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing data review

- We are seeking a dedicated clinical leader who meets one of the following credentialing pathways:
- Option 1: BCBA Track
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
- Option 2: Licensed Clinician Track
- Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
- General Requirements (all candidates):
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Prior experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring staff
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local service area
- Skills & Strengths:
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate behavior plans into practical, real-world application
- Clear and effective communication with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating across programs
