During the Internship Program, you will gain a better understanding of the role as a Petroleum Engineer within an integrated Subsurface Team supporting world-class operations and assist in evaluating reservoir and well performance and provide support to petroleum engineering field operations personnel responsible for monitoring and optimising well performance and integrity. Throughout your placement, you will also be exposed to the routine management of gas production well operations, in order to maintain asset integrity and optimise resource recovery. You will learn how to utilise well condition monitoring and reservoir surveillance data, and how these can impact short and long term business decisions. This role will be based in Chevron's new building at One The Esplanade. Eligibility / Requirements To be eligible for the Chevron Intern Program applicants must be: Eligible to legally work and live in Australia permanently. In their penultimate or final year of an undergraduate degree or postgraduates. Available for full-time work (Monday to Friday) throughout the duration of employment from 23 November 2026 until 19 February 2027 with the week of 22 December off work.
