Identify, develop and close strategic design wins for DPU and SuperNIC solutions with lighthouse AI labs and hyperscaler AI infrastructure customers
Build and execute the segment sales strategy for host networking across hyperscaler and frontier model partner AI factories, GPU-accelerated computing, and cloud infrastructure platforms
Define customer-specific DPU and SuperNIC value propositions and deployment motions, and lead a matrixed team across product, sales, solution architects, engineering and marketing teams.
Promote NVIDIA host networking products externally and internally, positioning their value for AI workloads, throughput, latency, CPU efficiency, security and storage acceleration, telemetry, and fleet operations.
Build a robust opportunity pipeline with segment sales and account teams, including account mapping, customer requirements, proof points, executive engagement, and partner alignment.
Track and drive quarterly business reporting, forecast accuracy, design-win progress, roadmap asks, and competitive insights.
What we need to see:
A technical and commercial university degree (or equivalent experience).
15+ years of experience driving sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy for data center networking, cloud infrastructure, accelerated computing, semiconductor, or infrastructure software products.
Experience closing strategic networking, silicon, platform, or infrastructure design wins with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, or leading internet-scale customers.
Track record of launching and growing new product offerings for hyperscaler AI infrastructure, directly with customers and through partner or ecosystem motions.
Strong working knowledge of DPU, SmartNIC, SuperNIC, NIC, server networking, RDMA over Ethernet, virtualization, cloud security and storage offload, and AI data center architectures.
Can present complex marketing and technical content to executives at NVIDIA, our partners, and hyperscaler customers.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Product and business development leadership experience with leading data center networking, cloud infrastructure, semiconductor, or systems suppliers.
Intimate understanding of hyperscaler AI factory architectures, host networking requirements, server attach models, product qualification, and operational tradeoffs.
Familiarity with NVIDIA networking products and software for AI infrastructure, including DPUs, SuperNICs, Ethernet networking, accelerated compute, and large-scale AI clusters.
Foundation knowledge of high-performance networking technologies, Ethernet, RoCE/RDMA, GPU accelerated computing, generative AI, LLM training and inference, Network SerDes, in-network compute, PCIe, and CXL.
Technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services, plus hyperscaler procurement, qualification, deployment, and lifecycle models.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .

Success in this role will be contingent upon your ability to forge strong relationships and build trust with executives, architects, product leaders, and platform teams across NVIDIA and our largest customers.
