Responsibilities

- P rovide executive-level guidance on complex accounting matters, technical accounting research, and business transactions.
- S upport M&A activities, integration, due diligence efforts, and other strategic corporate initiatives as needed.

Requirements
- Education:
- B achelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, or related field required .
- M aster's degree in Accounting , Finance, or MBA strongly preferred.
- C ertified Public Accountant (CPA) license required .
- Minimum 10 - 1 2 years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
- M inimum 4 - 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large accounting functions and teams.
- S trong expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
- E xtensive experience managing public company audits and working directly with external auditors.
- P roven success leading accounting operations within a publicly traded, healthcare, technology, or high-growth organization preferred.
- D eep experience with ERP systems and financial transformation initiatives; Workday Financials experience strongly preferred.
- D emonstrated ability to lead large teams and influence cross-functional executive stakeholders.
