Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical art role.
Strong leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding technical artists.
Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
Excellent shader development skills.
Strong understanding of DCC workflows.
Experience in tool creation and automation using Python and/or C++.
Proven track record of problem-solving and debugging complex technical challenges.
Demonstrated commitment to taking ownership, setting goals, exchanging knowledge and driving initiatives independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-discipline with artists and engineers.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).

Experience in procedural content creation (Houdini, Unreal's PCG, Geometry Script, or Blender's Geometry Nodes).
Expertise in real-time scalable VFX (Niagara, EmberGen).
Animation pipeline knowledge, including scripting for Maya, MotionBuilder, or Unreal's Animation Blueprints and Sequencer.
Please include a portfolio that showcases your technical art contributions and, if possible, code samples or relevant tools/scripts that demonstrate your problem-solving and development skills.
