About the role
As a Team Leader at HAGA , you will play a key role in managing a team of Recovery Practitioners within our Alcohol Service. - To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:
- We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and passionate about supporting people affected by alcohol dependency.
- You will ideally have:
- Experience working within the drug and alcohol sector .
- Experience managing a caseload .
- Experience leading or supervising a small team .
- Strong IT skills , including Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
