Position Summary We are seeking PRN Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) who are passionate about providing exceptional care to newborns in a collaborative, family-centered environment. This position is located at St. Louis Children's at CoxHealth - Springfield, MO. Schedule: PRN (24-hour shifts, 12 HR AM and 12 HR PM shifts). Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of neonatal patients in the NICU setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to critically ill and premature infants. Preform advanced neonatal procedures including intubation, line placement, lumbar puncture, and neonatal resuscitation. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Communicate effectively with families regarding patient status, treatment plans, and education. Participate in delivery attendance for high-risk births. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation via EPIC EMR. Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based neonatal practices.
