You naturally build trust and alignment across teams, creating shared context and bringing people with different perspectives toward a common goal. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can bring structure to messy problem spaces, breaking them down into actionable steps and hypotheses. You have a bias for learning and iteration, using experiments, prototypes, and quick feedback loops to de-risk big bets. You are empathetic to users, especially practitioners under time and resource pressure, and use that empathy to make tradeoffs that respect their reality. You are a strong partner to engineering and design, listening deeply, incorporating their input, and holding a high bar for execution quality.
