NTL /Wheelchair Operator Changi airport

About the role

Assist designated airlines with transporting special passengers (NTL- Not To Land, UM - Unaccompanied Minor, Deportee, Offload) to and fro the immigration office and flight gates at Changi Airport. Assist designated airlines with completion and submission of flight documents/administrative work. Assist and transport passengers requiring special assistance (hearing/visually impaired passengers) at Changi Airport. To identify passenger's name, flight information, date, and special service request details, to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination. To communicate and liase with airline staff, immigration officers and other airport staff when required. Attend to passengers' enquiries and provide passengers with an excellent customer service experience. Be compliant and adhere to SOP and safety standards. Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management. Ability to read, write and converse in English. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good customer service skills. Adaptable to change and a good team player. Physically fit and comfortable with walking long distances. Comfortable with basic paperwork. Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment. Training will be provided, no experience needed. May be required to do overtime (OT), when needed.
